My slideout topper is sagging, which is causing leaks in the slideout. Is there a way to adjust the tension.

Seems to me the topper is your small problem. The slide should not leak whether you even have a topper or not. You have a seal around the slide that has failed for some reason. Age , debris between it and slide , misalignment ETC. Fix the leak then the topper.
Good luck

The torsion spring can be adjusted ,but recommend getting some help ....the springs come with about 8- 14 turn on the spring from the manufactures depending on size....

I would not tighten the topper. If and when the rain and snow comes, the top won't have a place to sag to. When it rains, mine dips all the way to the top of the slide-out. If it didn't, it would probably brake.
